Project Overview
Joyshine has completed the installation and commissioning of a 500kg/h potato fries production line for a client in Dubai. The line has successfully passed trial runs.
The production line includes the following key equipment: hydraulic feeder, spiral feeder, spiral brush peeling machine, bucket elevator, blanching machine, manual inspection table, potato cutters, vibrating dehydrator, roller impurity remover, short-cut remover, secondary blanching machine, vibrating sieve with spraying system for coating, continuous fryer, vibrating oil remover, air-drying line, IQF freezer, and automatic packaging machine. This setup covers the full process from raw material feeding to final packaging.
1. Production Process Overview
